The program is led by researchers from the University of Geneva (UNIGE), the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET) in Ghana and the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil in collaboration with the Institute of Research of Economic Development (IRED) in Kenya and CIESS-Econometrica and San Andrés University (CIESS-UMSA) in Bolivia.
The principal investigator (Marcelo Olarreaga) has the overall responsibility for the timely delivery and quality of the program. In consultation with the principal co-investigators (Nicolás Depetris Chauvin, Guido Porto and Vladimir Ponczek), the principal investigator will set the delivery dates for each component in the analysis as established in the results framework and the time frame.
The principal investigator and the co-investigators work closely with the Policy Advisory and Advocacy Group to promote dialogue with the different stakeholders and encourage the adoption of the studies’ recommendations.
The African Center for Economic Transformation and the Fundação Getúlio Vargas lead the application and communication efforts with the support of the other consortium members.
